Panic Attack

The physiological sigh can rapidly reduce the feeling of breathlessness: two quick nasal inhales (a second top‑up), followed by a long exhale through the mouth.

Steps (about 90s)

  1. Inhale quickly through the nose (~2s), then take a second, shorter inhale.
  2. Exhale slowly through the mouth (~6s), emptying fully.
  3. Repeat for 90–120 seconds.
